Luigi Ugolini is the chef of the “Cascina” restaurant in Villa Cappugi.
He comes from the local Tuscan and Emilian hills and has been the president of the National Association of Italian cooks since 1997.
He has a wide experience on a national and international level and specializes in the search for high quality products and the culture of local cuisine.
Besides being a famous chef, Luigi Ugolini has also been a professional wine taster since 1975 . This experience allows him to combine food and art by serving his dishes with the perfect wine.
