Hotel Villa Cappugi offers its guests the chance to attend Tuscan cooking courses.
Courses are executed by our chef Luigi Ugolini, who is the president of association of professional italian chef.
What Luigi proposes are the typical dishes of the Tuscan cuisine, revisited and renovated with the great knowledge, professional approach and the experience of a very fine chef. Among a wide menu that includes all the main dishes of the Italian cuisine, you will also find some typical specialties of the very popular Tuscan cuisine such as:
First courses
• Pasta e fagioli

• Trippa alla fiorentina
• Ossobuco
• Spezzatino di manzo

Each lesson ends up with all the participants, dining on the dishes they've prepared and tasting several wines.
The menu constantly evolves and changes, keeping also in consideration students' peculiarities and their requests. The program revolves around the seasons, as Luigi prefers to always work with fresh ingredients rather than with frozen ones.
COURSE OUTLINES
• Each session lasts 3 hours
• All students will receive a certificate of participation together with the list of the recipes they studied, as well as the apron and chef's hat they used during the course
• The course can be taught in English and Italian
• The course is organized for a single person as well as for small groups of maximum 10 participants
